Integrated Computer Controls was formed with the backing of several controls companies with the intent of developing a fully functional integrated building management system capable of communicating to the equipment of a variety of vendors such as Trend, Honeywell, Jel, Cylon and Siebe.

To this end the flagship product of the company ‘The Integrator’ building management system was developed. This product is different to many others in the fact that it is simple to install and does away with the need for extra hardware ‘interface boxes’ which can be expensive and complicated to install and set up. The system also provides a complete interface with the vendor’s equipment matching or exceeding the functionality of the native vendors software. The product is fully scaleable and can be used with small systems having just one panel to large systems having multiple networks each with different vendors equipment.

‘The Integrator’ product line enables a building owner to expand their site with a number of different vendors hardware equipment whilst protecting their original hardware investment. The building owner is therefore not tied into one hardware manufacturer giving them more flexibility when negotiating maintenance contracts and new building works.

‘The Integrator' is installed in a large number of sites that include hospitals, councils, airports, military sites, commercial offices, buildings, factories and department stores.
