Trend Features

The Integrator has a Trend module that is a fully functional interface which is able to communicate with a Trend Controls network. It allows hardware and software points to be displayed graphically within a user friendly interface. The Server PC connects directly to the supervisor port of a Trend CNC controller. It also connects to the IP port of the Trend IQ3 Excite Series.

Other features of the Trend module include access to the command line virtual terminal provided as standard on all Trend controllers, saving and restoring of Trend configuration files, outstation logging and other facilities.

A built in utility allows the user to scan an existing Trend network and automatically configure the Lans and Outstations add the software and hardware points. The automatic tree facility can be used to generate a tree with all points added to the tree and in tabular format on associated graphics. A fully working system can be up and running in less than an hour.
